By registering an account on GoSimples, or creating a listing, or making a claim on a listing, or posting a review about a business advertising on GoSimples, then you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms.

On this page the terms when we use the words 'we', 'us', 'our', we are referring to the owner of the site as shown above. When we use the words 'you', 'viewer', 'reader', 'user', 'anyone', then we are referring to the person or persons registering on this website, using a web based browser to do so.

This page is in addition to our Website Terms and Privacy Policy.

Contributions to the site

Contributions to the site can only be made by users who have registered on the site using a confirmed email address. We will send you an email once you have registered with a link in it to confirm you have a working email address. Please make sure that you have a valid working email account.

Contributions made to the Website are encouraged, providing they are made in a responsible manner and are in no way inaccurate, defamatory or misleading.

Images, videos or other media uploaded to the site are the responsibility of the users who uploaded them. GoSimples cannot be held responsible for media content added by site contributors.

GoSimples reserves the right, without any obligation whatsoever, to review, correct, remove or modify any content submitted to the website.

By submitting a rating or review to the website you are accepting that your name and email address will become available to the company you review, and your name will be displayed on the Website.

Your business listing on GoSimples

The Information you provide in relation to your business must be accurate and truthful. You must have the permission of the copyright owner for any images, videos or media which you upload to the site.

Lifetime Plan - What does this mean?

A lifetime plan is GUARANTEED for a minimum of 36 months from your initial payment being made, subject to the following terms and conditions -
1. Your business name, website address, or person(s) responsible for the business does not change during the term of the business listing;
2. The business listing CANNOT BE TRANSFERRED to another third party, even if the domain name remains unchanged;
3. If for any reason we cease to trade as a business, then we accept no liability for transfer to another business, or to continue to offer this service, in which case we will not be liable for any losses, financial or otherwise in relation to this business listing.

Customer Reviews

By default, when you sign up to GoSimples as a business you accept that your company can be reviewed by your customers and other users of the site. We reserve the right to remove any reviews that we believe haven't been posted by the customers themselves or where we believe the reviews may not be genuine.

If your company receives a negative review, you have the ability to respond underneath the review, posting your side of the story. It's very possible that you can turn the bad review into a positive situation by publicly demonstrating your level of customer support.

Reviews that are published always will be a subjective opinion of the person or business leaving the review, and not of GoSimples or its associated companies. Whilst we do our utmost to ensure reviews are fair, accurate and non defamatory, neither GoSimples or its owners accept any liability for comments made within reviews left.

Rules for reviews

a) Negative reviews must give some information about why the customer was dissatisfied with the product or service which they received. Reviews which fail to give any details of why the customer was not satisfied with the product or service which they received may be removed.

b) Negative reviews which are posted anonymously or under a false name will be removed.

c) Reviews flagged by our team will not be unflagged.

d) We reserve the right to remove or transfer reviews away from a business account when the business comes under new ownership.

e) We reserve the right to remove any reviews that do not conform to our terms and conditions without any recourse or communication with the company the review was written about.

User Accounts

When you register for an account on GoSimples you must provide accurate information about yourself, and your business.

Payments

Until payment for your listing has cleared, we reserve the right not to display your listing until such time as we have received your payment.

Modification and changes

The owner reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time, in which case the revised changes will be effective from their date of their publication on this webpage here. It is your responsibility to make sure you check this page from time to time, to ensure that you are familiar with any changes or updates within these Terms and Conditions. Failure to do so does not invalidate any changes that may take place on this website, and your continued use of this website signifies your acceptance and agreement of such changes as and when they may occur.

UK Law and Courts

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with English law, and any disputes relating to these terms and conditions will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
